Welcome to Sensa. Sensa operates as a health test booking marketplace. We connect registered users with certified partner laboratories. We do not independently perform medical tests, nor do we offer clinical advice.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Sensa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and medical information during booking.
• Ensure you attend your designated time slot or cancel at least 4 hours in advance.
• Adhere to any pre-test requirements (e.g., fasting) communicated by the platform or testing lab.

3. Service Limitations

Sensa acts strictly as a booking and data management intermediary. The actual medical sampling, processing, and generation of reports are solely the responsibility of the partnered laboratories. Sensa is not liable for errors in lab reports, delays in lab processing, or negligence on the part of the facility.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on Sensa are inclusive of standard laboratory charges and platform booking fees. Prices are subject to change. For online payments, funds are securely processed and held in escrow until the laboratory confirms the sample collection.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sensa, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our booking services.
