Before any lab is visible on our platform, it must pass this.

Step 01

The Double-Blind Audit

We don't just check self-reported certificates. We send anonymous "mystery shoppers" to every lab to rigorously test hygiene, staff behaviour, and biological sample handling — within 7 days of every onboarding application.

Step 02

NABL + Sensa Cross-Check

We compare lab-processed data against standardised NABL-benchmark controls. If a lab fails even a single accuracy metric via variance analysis, they are permanently blacklisted from the Sensa network.

Step 03

Exclusive Onboarding

Sensa is a gatekeeper — not a generic marketplace. Due to our extreme filtering criteria, only 1 in 10 laboratory applications possess the clinical infrastructure necessary to pass the Sensa Hygiene & Accuracy Protocol.
