Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by User
Users may cancel bookings entirely free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled sample collection slot. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the slot may be subject to a ₹100 cancellation fee deducted from the refund.
2. Order Rejection by Lab
In the event that a booked laboratory cannot fulfill the order due to operational constraints, the booking will be auto-cancelled and a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately to the original payment method.
3. Processing Times
Refunds for prepaid orders are typically processed instantly on our platform, but may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your banking provider and the payment gateway used (e.g., Razorpay).
4. Post-Sample Collection
Once a sample has been collected by the laboratory phlebotomist, the order is considered successfully initiated. Refunds cannot be processed after a sample has been collected unless the laboratory fails to deliver the processing report entirely.
